Custom Light Fixtures
Automatic CNC circular saw with autoloader holding a +/- .005". Max aluminum cap on autosaw is 7" x 7". Max capacity on aluminum miter saw is 6" x 12" and max steel cap 4.0" sq. Can have larder shapes pre-cut prior to fabrication.
Saw Cutting
Milling and turning of aluminum, steel, stainless steel and brass using our Haas VF-2, Haas VF-4SS, Haas VF-5SS and Haas VF-6SS, ST-15Y.
CNC Machining
Five Lincoln 275 TIG welding stations and Four MIG welding stations to handle all of your welding needs. Other materials include stainless steel and brass.
MIG and TIG Welding
We can custom fabricator your steel or aluminum fixtures, racks, structural components, or other fabricated part needs.
Custom Steel and Aluminum Fabrication
4,000 watt Bystronic - 60" x 120" max sheet size. Aluminum capacity .50", steel capacity .75" and stainless steel cap .625", copper capacity .375", brass capacity .3125".
